I love how getting a tan makes your teeth look whiter. I haven't touched a Crest Whitestrip in ages and I drink a ton of coffee. Not that I have yellow teeth, but it's just something I noticed :D.

Estee Lauder High Gloss in Honey...it's such a pretty color but I hate the odd smell-it's like a menthol/mothball combo.

I switch purses depending on what I wear, but this Coach tote is the last one I carried so it has my stuff in it. It looks small here, but it's actually pretty big.

That's all I carry besides my money, which I always take out when I get home.

Entry for Tali's Contest

Beautiful Tali is having a contest that ends at midnight...I've wanted to do it, but could not come up with any ideas...I'm not too crazy about what I came up with but it'll do I suppose. The look is supposed to be based on a Brothers Grimm fairy tale, with a dark twist added. I was going to do Sleeping Beauty but decided to do something a little more obscure. I picked Jorinde and Joringel...she was turned into a bird and he got stuck somewhere unable to move. Obviously my look is supposed to be her after being turned into a bird...that explains the solemn poor me looks on my face. I used light colors for the eye makeup to keep a 'fairy tale' feel to it.

Should I get bangs?/dark purple

What do you think? And if I should, what kind? I'm pretty sure straight across blunt bangs would look bad on me though. Here's a sort of side view with my hair pulled back...you can see that I have a big forehead.

Someone at the store asked if I adopted her. I understand when people assume she's my kid instead of my sister because I was 19 when she was born so I am old enough to be her mom...asking if I adopted her was kinda random though.

I'm starving damnit...I'm supposed to be eating stuff that I don't have to chew. Everything I want to eat requires chewing. I remember not listening when I had my wisdom teeth pulled. I went to Sonic that day and ordered all kinds of stuff. It hurt, but my tummy was happy. So rebellious.

At least I'm not lopsided anymore. The swelling was pretty much completely gone by the evening.

Ouch

I had a loose tooth in the back and had to have it pulled today because the gum area by that tooth was starting to swell. I don't know why though since I take very good care of my teeth...I don't even know if my brother ever brushes his and nothing ever happens to him. Thankfully it's pretty far back so no hillbilly who chewed too much tobacco smile for me. The left side of my face is really swollen though so I'm looking pretty bad.
I put on Bombshell l/s right after I got out so that I would look a little less terrible when picking up my medicine. I bought Physician's Formula mineral tinted moisturizer Saturday and I really like it so far. It doesn't oxidize at all...no orange face at the end of the day. I really like my Boots Botanics tinted moisturizer too, but the color I have only works if I'm wearing self tanner.

I bought Smooth Merge Msf and Way to Love and Bombshell lipsticks. I hate going to makeup counters when my makeup isn't nice...not that my makeup was completely turdlike, but as you can see it was very simple and blah. I didn't plan on going to the Mac Counter, but I ended up just buying 3 shirts and 4 cheapie pairs of earrings so I decided to stop by.

I love Barry M Nail Paint in Mint Green...I used it for the first time on my fingernails this week. I've been wearing it on my toes for a while.
