I wasn't going to post this after looking at the pictures because it's a bit of a blah look, but I figured there's no harm in posting it anyway :). I finally ordered an 88 palette from Coastal Scents this week, and it came in today. My sister's face lit up when I opened it to show her. She said "Ooh! Lotsa makeup" then asked me to give her a brush.
She wanted me to take a picture of her doing the splits.
I used:
Everyday Minerals in the semi matte formula
Dior Shimmer Powder in Amber Diamond just down my nose
Milani Luminous blush
NYX Yogurt Jumbo Pencil
MAC Vanilla Pigment
MAC Star Violet e/s
L'oreal HIP black cream liner
Red Cherry lashes
MAC Cremesheen l/s in Creme Cup
A light peach Smashbox l/g the sticker came off so I don't know the name

Hey girl~
ReplyDeleteI'm dropping by to say hi and lovely page. You look so pretty and I luv the makeup look. =)
i really want the cs palette too...kinda late in the game but eh whatever.
ReplyDeletei like your last two looks! i suck at doing browns so much. for some reason brown looks are really hard for me to do. idk why?
it looks like i can't seem to blend the darker colors right when using browns.
but yeah practice makes perfect!
nice job!
Thank you all for your comments; I really appreciate it :).
ReplyDeleteStarla, I spray Got2B Hot Twist stuff in my hair before curling each section with a 1 1/2 inch iron. I pin each section up to let them cool and I scrunch and shake the curls loose when I let them down to make it a little more fluffy and messy-ish. I don't use hairspray because it keeps me from getting the curls to fluff/look more full :).
The look isn't boring at all
