Boredom Makeup

While my bf and brother were engaging in questionable behavior together I decided to mess with makeup...I didn't go out or anything though. That's why my hair isn't fixed and I'm wearing a shirt that's all stretched out and several years old.

I bought this Marc by Marc Jacobs bag because I really needed a plain bag that would go with almost anything since my bf asks me if I wanna go somewhere like 5 or 10 minutes before it's time to go. I shouldn't have bought a white bag though; it seems like I'm wiping something off of it every few minutes. I've been to the lake a lot though, and it's not exactly the cleanest of places.

Purple w/ Fuschia

I was testing out the Barry M dazzle dusts I got from the lovely Laura's barbie contest. Not the nicest application here since I pretty much slopped it on just to try it out. The purple and fuschia are beautiful, and the black one was nice and actually black, not dark gray or bluish at all. I'm not using that much black so you can't really see that here in the pics.

My bf likes me better tanned, my mom is the opposite. "Why do you want to tan, that stuff stinks and your skin is fine"...it's a lose/lose situation. Either way someone thinks I look like crap :P.

I was excited when I found a leftover can of my L'oreal self tanner since I still haven't bought a new one. Not much interesting going on as far as my makeup though. Just Mac's Satin Taupe with a little black in the crease.

This is from about a month ago. I don't remember why I never posted it. I'm using blue liner, but it's not that noticeable.

Blue

Just light blue with a darker blue in the crease. Something got in one of my eyes so it's icky and red.




I have to put her hair up really high in order to get the hair in front out of her face. It's still pretty short in front.

I did this last year on one of those virtual makeover sites. Sexy huh...

I'm on a boat

Not makeup related, but I went for a boat ride with the bf and his parents. In our 5 and a half years together we probably don't have more than a dozen or so pics of the two of us. I'm surprised at the clearness of these since they were taken on my phone.

Now I'll probably go play with makeup since we're back and he's watching some boring movie with my brother.

Blue, Pink, Purple

I took these before putting on my powder because I over applied moisturizer and I had to wait for it to sink in. I really need to stock up on self tanner again...I'm tired of looking at my untannedness. I'm so tempted to lay out in the sun, but since I'm getting old I've got wrinkles to watch out for :/

Casual outfit

I'm going to get back to posting regular fotds this week starting tomorrow or so. Every now and then I go a couple weeks without wearing much makeup. It's not that I really get bored with it, but I like to take a break from it sometimes.

I went shopping today...bought four pairs of shoes and a belt. I think that brings my shoe count up to 116? I probably should toss out 4 or 5 of those though...former favorites I've worn over and over to the point that they're worn out but I don't want to throw them away.



My very offensive 14 year old brother wanted me to take his pic and post it too. Dumbass shaved his eyebrows off last night out of boredom. He's done it a few times before, and they always grow back just how they were before. Why is it that my brows never grew back to normal after all my overplucking in the 7th grade? Not fair.

Entry for Rubey's Contest

This is for Rubey's contest...I finally got this done one day before the contest ends. My original plan was to use a pair of shoes that I already have, but I decided to find something more over the top so I could go crazy with my makeup...I found this ugly ass shoe and thought it would be perfect since I liked all the colors. When I upload them on large they're usually too big and part of the photo gets cut off so I put it on medium, and they're too small...hmm.

I plan on having a contest in the near future. I need to think of a good theme first. If not this month at least some time this summer.
