Loose Waves, Strange Technique + Haul

First of all I'd like to thank you all for your comments about the new hair color. I can be one of those way too self conscious nightmares if I feel like somethings wrong(you know, WOE IS ME; MY HAIR COLOR'S SOOOOO UGLY OMG I HATE BEING ME :P). Your comments really helped quell my sadness :).

This is why I don't speak in most of my videos...I'm not exactly the most articulate speaker. I guess I should just work on it since it's much easier to explain things while speaking rather than typing it out. Earlier I wondered what it would look like if I wrapped my hair around two irons. I love wavy hair but a triple barrel takes forever for me and scrunching gives me inconsistent results. I know it looks like a pain, but I quickly got the hang of it. I used a 1 and 1/4 and a 1 and 1/2 inch iron. If I had any smaller irons I would have used those. I think that you'd need to use smaller irons if your hair is short.

No eyeshadow today besides using Maybelline's Antique Jade as a liner along with my regular black liner.


Few things I bought this weekend...the dreadful hair dye not included in the pic since I used it of course. I also bought a few items of clothing, but they're scattered throughout the house.

I've been using L'oreal Sublime Bronze Pro Perfect Airbrush self tanner, and I'm not smelling that nasty tanner smell with it so it gets two thumbs up from me.

My hair is icky because of the rain. I slept with it braided and it was decent before I stepped out. I just reapplied lipstick since the rest of the makeup didn't get too messed up. I haven't really had a chance to wear much makeup this week.

I just realized that the band part of my headband isn't visible in these pics so it looks like a flower is sprouting out of my head.

I was tagged by the beautiful Cristina...I always forget to do these, but I remembered this time. I 'll just tag whoever's reading this and hasn't done it yet because I'm probably late in doing this one.

1.) I'm a classical music nerd. Chopin and Tchaikovsky were some sexy beasts...or maybe not, but I love their music.
2.) I don't think I've had seafood since I was 5 or 6. My mom says I used to eat it all the time. I can't stand it now.
3.) There's some guy outside my house revving his engine over and over in his nasty shit colored car...I wish gonorrhea upon his annoying ass.
4.) I'm always looking really closely in the mirror to see if I'm getting wrinkles yet, then follow up with a ton of moisturizer. I've been doing it since I was 14 or so. I'll probably get wrinkles from stressing over getting wrinkles.
5.) When I'm drunk at my best friend's house we play bollywood movie songs and try to sing them. I'm sure I sound like an elephant being strangled.
6.) Whenever I hear about someone dying or catching some kind of disease I become paranoid, look up the symptoms, and fear that I have it. I forget about it after a little while though.
7.) I'm kinda glad that I'm too scared to go under the knife because if I wasn't I'm sure I would have had lots of things done by now. I not too fond of most of my physical features...obviously they're not enough of an issue to keep me from having a blog full of nothing but pictures of myself :P.
8.) I get very childish when it comes to arguing. I told someone she looked like a syphilitic toad via text message recently. Actually I think it was an entire paragraph of insults that didn't make much sense.(She's one of the very few people I absolutely cannot stand and I actually have reasons for my strong dislike...I don't insult or call people names randomly)
9.) Out of the blue I got on ebay and ordered the season 1 dvd of Laguna Beach...embarrassing. I used to watch it with friends religiously. I never really caught on to The Hills though...boring tripe.
10.)I walked in a Saks 5th Ave. show a few months ago...I felt so ugly since I hated how my makeup was done and I absolutely hated this one outfit I had to wear. I don't think I've ever liked how my makeup looked when someone else did it(it's only been done for me a few times though). Not that I had a say in it for this occasion.

TJ Maxx never has anything I like, yet I still go every now and then in search of some amazing bargain. I just bought these shoes.


I pretty much only go out in heels so these are just staying in the neighborhood shoes. No point in wearing heels to a friend's house down the street. Of course I'd like to, but then I'd just look like an idiot :P.
