I was looking at furry wedge booties online and remembered that I bought a pair last winter.

They make your ankles look like they're the same size as your thighs, but there are far more offensive things in this world than my supersized ankles...freezing cold weather,the criminals featured on Trutv, and CROC BOOTS. Behold these beauties!

I'd get a pair, but I wouldn't be able to keep men away.

I haven't logged on in months, so to anyone who remembers my blog, HELLO :D! I've missed posting here. I don't have much to post at the moment, but I didn't want to wait any longer to revive my abandoned blog.
I'm sleepy, but I need to get caught up on my literature.

Articles along the lines of "43 new weird sex positions you'll try when you're drunk and will most likely fail at" are enlightening enough to keep me reading, but not enough to keep my eyes fully open.

I bought this necklace recently and haven't had a chance to wear it yet.

My green nails from my previous post are still going strong. Not a single chip :D.

My makeup from Friday night. Ever since I bought this neutral 10 palette from Claire's it's been my go to palette for both day and evening looks. I love palettes that you can create a complete look with(at least one highlight color, one dark color for defining crease/outer v, plus a variety of in between colors). Definitely well worth the $6.50 that it cost.

Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse-it seems like a lot of people dislike this one, but I remember liking it when I was younger so I bought it. I'm more of a tinted moisturizer girl, but I still love this stuff. Matte, but not cakey or powdery looking.

Up Past My Bedtime

It's 2:11 a.m and I'm nowhere near tired so I'll post pics of my makeup earlier today. I had to hold my bangs because they don't stay put when I try to move them away from my face.

And the Claire's nail polish in Secret Garden in my previous post isn't crap! Two coats plus topcoat here. It was completely opaque after the second coat, compared to having to apply four coats of the polish in Glitz and Glam.

My poor neglected blog. I created it right after I turned 22, and I'm now a month away from the elderly age of 24. Woo! Geritol shots at the bingo hall, hell yeah! Maybe not quite there yet, but my soul weeps when I realize I'm about to turn another year older. Ok, pity party stops here. I'm clearly moving toward senile territory...

Sorry for the weird glow/blurriness in these photos btw. I've really only used this camera to make videos, and haven't messed around with the camera settings enough to where I can get normal looking pictures if I'm not taking them in daylight. I'm slightly camera impaired.

I haven't used hair dye since I darkened it back in June. I missed having hair that actually feels like normal human hair,so I had to say goodbye to lightening it. I've been using henna every once in a while since I read that it would help add body, and I'm all for anything that can give me bigger hair. Plus I like the slight red tint it provides because I don't want my hair color to look too flat/dull. The red is especially noticeable outside in daylight, but it's still a little noticeable indoors.

Rimmel Lasting Finish Lipstick in Dreamy

I bought a Maybelline e/s quad in Sunlit Bronze a few days ago. Really pretty colors, sadly they aren't the greatest quality. I never usually have a problem with Maybelline eyeshadows, but these are so sheer. I'm wearing it in these pics.

I just bought these nail polishes from Claire's. I've only tried Glitz and Glam so far...it's so pretty but so sheer. I had to apply 4 coats so my expectations for the other two aren't so high.

Dusted off my poor neglected 88 palette

I haven't really worn much color in months. It's usually just neutrals or no eyeshadow, winged liner, and half falsies on the outer part of my eyes. It's purely out of laziness. Yesterday I decided to live dangerously and bring out the colored shadows like a true badass.

Quick shot of my outfit too. My darling brother told me that I looked like a gothic prostitute. The day my beer gut prevents me from being able to see my toes and my back end resembles two drooping pancakes I'll put away the floozy wear...but hopefully that's in the very very distant future. Not that I think I have some super amazing V.S model body, but I'm satisfied enough with it.

The boots have cute little buckles on the sides that you can't see in the picture. The one thing I don't like is the heel. Only 2 1/2 inches? Ugh.

Sorry that my gloved hand is in every single one of these lol. I was keeping my hair off my very sticky gloss. Even without wind my hair always manages to somehow make it's way over to my mouth. Smh. I switched earrings while still taking pictures too.

I'm assuming it's the spf in my tinted moisturizer that's making my face look 18 shades lighter than my body. Also the e/s looked more vibrant in person.

I had to brighten the one above. It was gray-ish looking.

Enough of me and my glove...
Besides these eyeshadows, I also have on L'oreal de-crease, NYC Browser in Brunette, and Red Cherry #138 lashes. And some random black pencil liner on my waterline. Most of the time I just line my lashline with black eyeshadow.

On my face I have on CG tinted moisturizer, and on my lips I'm wearing Mac Lovelorn l/s and Urban Decay Pocket Rocket gloss in James I think.

Coming Out of Hiding

It's been a while. Perhaps one or two of you out there remember me. I don't have much to post at the moment, but I do plan on going back to regular blogging.

Today I went for a natural-ish look(although the super long falsies don't really fall into natural territory).

My lips are not as pale post-mortem beige as they look in the photo. I applied a peach gloss over the nude lipstick to add color, but the flash washed it out completely. I used the Covergirl Country Woods quad for my eyes. It's been my go to neutral palette lately. I lined my waterline with Wet N Wild Idol Eyes in Pixie, lined my upper lashline with Physician's Formula Felt Tip Eye Marker. The falsies are Red Cherry #113. I used Urban Decay Surreal Skin mineral powder on my face and TheBalm Hot Mama blush.

Very casual outfit today. It's starting to cool down, so I had to wear some hoochie shorts one last time.

Last but not least- these sunglasses are so ridiculously obnoxious and tacky. I had to have them. It's like a party on my face.

I made a hair tutorial the other day too. I don't plan on using this camera for much longer. The audio is far too awful, and this is even with the buzz/hiss edited out.

I haven't been posting since I'm either barely wearing any makeup or I just smother my eyes in gallons of dark makeup and call it a smokey eye. But...I've got a tan so woohoo. I "accidentally" forgot my sunscreen a few times. I know it's bad, but I desperately wanted to be super brown this summer. Thanks to my special bond with alcoholic beverages I've packed on about 8 pounds...did my ti-tays see any of that weight? Hell no.
Excuse my sloppy sweaty self in the first one, but I only have a few recent pics.

Basically, this is about as useless as a blog post can get. I got a dark tan, and I'm happy about it. That's it for now I suppose ;).

Viva Glam II was my first Mac lipstick. I rarely touch it so I used it today. My hair is an unbrushed shitpile today, but I don't care enough to mess with it right now.
At least I hid the ponytail elastic. That's a little better than nothing, and a step up from wearing a scrunchie.

This isn't much of a fotd since I'm not exactly looking my best today, but I bought two N.Y.C Lip Sliders Tinted Balms recently. I wanted to show how pigmented this one is. I'm wearing Sugar Coated here. For a tinted balm the color payoff is great. I despise the sliding packaging though; it can be a real pain in the ass if you accidentally slide it all the way off and have to put it back on. I also have Sugar Kiss, but it's extremely sheer and barely shows up on me.
This pic is a little off in color, but you can still see that the balm provides noticeable color. It's actually baby pink, not nude beige like it seems here(and my hair looks dark brown instead of red here. Just bad lighting I guess).
I didn't notice the Cookie Monster sticker next to me until I uploaded this to the computer.

So anyone in need of a light pink tinted balm that actually shows up, this one is only two dollars and change.

My sister makes this face a lot in photos. She thinks its funny, just like sticking her butt up to the glass door and dancing.

My hair still oozes out red in the shower...it's just a matter of time til it fades to some ruddy copper brown.

I've been on a dark eye makeup kick lately. It seems like any lip color that's somewhat bright makes me look like Ronald McDonald's Filipino cousin. As sexy as that sounds it's not quite the look I'm going for. I rarely wear bright lip colors anyway so it's not a big deal, just an observation.

I hate when falsies are too shiny like they are here. They didn't seem that bad when I put them on.

New Hair Color For Now

I wanted to go with a red shade since they fade really fast(a good thing in my case since I often get bored with new hair colors quickly). Reds have never shown up red enough on me...they're usually brown with just a touch of red. This time, it's noticeable even in indoor light. In sunlight it's RED. I know it'll fade to a coppery brown within a couple weeks, so for now I'll enjoy my cracked out cartoon hair. I think it would look better if I bought some colored contacts. My dark eyes look a bit too drab compared to it.

This one is in pretty bright sunlight which explains why my face is completely washed out.

I wanted to do pink and purple smokey eyes because I loved Katie's makeup in her most recent post(She's more than awesome btw so if you haven't checked out her blog I highly recommend it). Unfortunately, I have a less than steady hand today. I turned my head to grab my phone while applying my liner...that caused me to draw a straight line from my lashline to right above my crease. I wiped off all my eye makeup to start over, and while I'm still wearing purple with a bit of pink I decided to skip the smokey look bc my application skills suck today. I should have went with falsies instead of mascara because the mascara wand met my eyelid a few times...ugh.

On the plus side, it's a nice warm day so I took advantage of that despite the fact that my legs need a little work. The elliptical and squats are old friends that I've sort of neglected throughout the winter. But...until cellulite comes into my life(hopefully it won't) I won't give up short skirts. Btw, I do NOT think I'm fat or have any body hatred issues despite my complaining. I get emails every now and then about my weight, so I had to mention that. I just complain a lot.

My brother and mom both have the wonderful habit of cutting off heads when picture taking.

In the first one, I told her to pose so she put her hands on her hips and stuck out her butt. In the last one I'm kinda mid-laugh which explains the awkward face.

For those who've commented that I have "perfect" skin(thank you btw)...you can see here that my skin is definitely not flawless. Clear I guess, but you can see my not-so-invisible pores beside the bridge of my nose here. I'm not bothered by it enough to deal with regular foundation, but it's a bit disappointing to look at myself in a magnifying mirror. You can see the little bastards beside my nose directly in line with the top of my earring.

Ok, infomercial voice off. I don't flat iron my hair much just because I'd rather have my hair large and in charge. I do think that this is a really good iron though. It heats up to 450 degrees(very quickly too), but the temperature is adjustable. I used it on 370, and it did the job. I tested it out on my brother's wavy-ish thick ass hair, and it made his hair really smooth...I put it up to 450 degrees for him though. Since it glides over my hair so easily, it curls well. I used it to make my hair wavy earlier(pics below). Then I flipped my head over and scrunched until it was big and messy-ish. So the iron gets an A from me since I can't think of anything bad to say about it. However, at $119.99 it's obviously steeper in price than your average Remington/Conair irons. Despite that, if you're really into the smooth/sleek hair look I would definitely recommend it. I used it on my hair in this post from Monday btw.

I made my hair wavy with the straightener today. The waves were originally smoother and flatter(nice, just not what I was going for today) so I did some scrunching to mess it up a bit. I wore another Maybelline Colorsensational gloss today(Sweet Caramel). I need to buy more of them because I LOVE THEM. For my eyes I used Wet n Wild's Greed palette + Idol Eyes pencil in Envy on my lower lashine...with black liner and mascara of course.

Purple With More Purple FOTD

My hair is a bit of a mess, but it's quite windy today and if I bother with making it look nice it'll turn back into a mess within minutes anyway. I brushed out yesterday's curls, threw in my bumpit, and called it good. With the exception of black pencil liner and a few nail polishes, I've never really used Wet N Wild makeup. Yesterday I noticed some cream shadow pencils, and they were a whopping $1.99 a piece so I picked up a few. I also bought their eyeshadow palettes in Greed and Lust(used this one today). The palettes were $4.99 so I didn't expect much...I was pleasantly surprised. I only used two of the shades in the Lust palette so far, but they're pigmented and they don't have that too hard yet chalky texture some cheaper shadows have. I wouldn't use the cream shadow pencils as eyeshadows alone since they're very soft, and I'd expect them to crease within a short time. I bought them to use as liners so that doesn't matter to me. I used Techno(purple identical to UD e/s in Fishnet) on my lower lashline today. It glides on very easily, but I've only had it on for 3 hours so I can't say whether it's long lasting or not.

To sum it up, I love what I've tried so far.

I also bought their Natural Wear powder, but I have to use face products for a few days before I can judge them.

No falsies today because I wanted to try out that Rimmel mascara in the pink tube(forgot the name). For some reason my bottom lashes are longer than my top ones, so my lashes suck big ones. Here that people at Latisse? Feel free to send some free stuff my way. I won't hate you for it.

It's sunny today, so these are bright since I took pics by the window without flash.

I recently bought two Rimmel Moisture Renew lipsticks(Pink Chic and Dreamy), and I love them both. Now I want more. I have more than enough lipsticks, and I buy the same types of colors over and over(how many pinky beige lipsticks does one person really need), but most likely I'll end up buying more because I am an imbecile.

I wore Pink Chic today. The eye makeup is blah...just gray + shimmery white shadow, liner on the upper lashline, and falsies. My half assed smile gives off vibes of misery and/or constipation. I promise it's neither.

I love the texture. They're really smooth and have a slightly glossy finish. I'll try to convince myself to not buy more...Ha, Tiffany, you always set yourself up for failure.

About My Hair Color...

I thought I'd do a post about my hair color since I get a lot of questions about it. Here's my current color-it's the same thing I've had the past couple months. It's pretty much just a warm brown. It's reddish when there's decent lighting, and plain golden brown in crappy light.

Just my hair since I'm too lazy to put makeup on. I turned on another light in the photo on the right so it looks a touch redder than the left photo.

No flash...i flipped my hair over my face because it was quicker than getting another pic of the back of my head. Sexy huh...

It's a box of light golden brown and a box of light reddish brown. I mix them together in a large bottle and apply it like any other dye.

That's all there is to that. It's pretty low maintenance since it's not a really light or bright color. I might stick to this shade for a while. I just touch up my roots and leave the rest of my hair alone since it's had more than enough chemical processing.

I had to bleach first to get this lighter color I had last summer.

My hair was dyed with permanent black dye so I had no choice. Just dyeing it with regular dye would have done nothing. I used Revlon Frost and Glow in Honey to lighten a few sections at a time...I didn't feel comfortable bleaching the whole thing at once. I highlighted some large sections, then did some more a few days later. That lightened most of my hair to a nasty orange. Then I dyed my hair with a medium ash blonde...that killed most of the icky orangeness.

I think that's it. If any of that doesn't make any sense, feel free to ask whatever.

I'll leave ya with an outfit post from last weekend. I cropped my friend out since I haven't talked to her in the past couple days and I don't wanna put someone's pic over the internet without permission(even though it's from her facebook :P). I switched shoes a few times that night so I only had those on for a while. I eventually changed into another dress, but no one was taking pictures at that point. I had a bit too much to drink, so it was fun.

The Winter Olympics always have this powerful hold over me. For those seventeen days my shopping trips are quicker(or non existent), my consumption of junk food increases, and my ass(which might turn into a mound of cottage cheese if the Olympics were any longer) is glued to the couch.

Anyone wanna be my doubles luge partner? Don't act like you don't see people doing this everywhere you go.

Anyways, I got these rings at the Icing for $2 a piece. Super cheap jewelry is my favorite...wear it once and you've got your money's worth + no guilt if you lose or break it. Not that I ever lose or break my cheap jewelry. The expensive pieces always have that privelage.

Today's makeup

I kinda wanna go a little darker with my hair because I like how the color looks in this photo. Sometimes this camera makes my hair color look a little darker than it is. I'm never satisfied with my hair color though. If I darken it I'll probably think that it looks like crap, then I'll re-lighten it, and decide that it once again looks like crap.

Outfit + New Moisturizer

First of all, I bought this moisturizer at Sally's on Wednesday, and I love it. My skin feels nice and smooth, and it absorbs quickly. I also bought the Neutrogena Wave yesterday, but I'll have to use it for a few days before I make a final decision on that one.

Today's outfit(when my jacket wasn't on that is). I'm not really crazy about Coach, but this bag is nearly two years old and has not lost any of it's shine. Even though it's just a plain patent leather tote, I love it because of the color.

For some reason one of these shoes feels loose and the other one feels fine.

I also bought the L'oreal Extra Intense Liquid Pencil Liner, and so far so good. I bought it in Gray, but it's super pigmented so it's practically a soft black. It glides on very smoothly. I think I'll buy the black and brown ones eventually.

My new video today...I used the Kat Von D Beethoven palette for the first time in quite a while. I forgot how much I love those shadows. They're so smooth and easy to apply.

When Snowed In, I Dye My Hair

Nothing drastic, but I had a box of reddish brown and a box of light golden brown so I mixed them together. I know it'll fade soon, but I plan on doing dying it the same color in a couple weeks to intensify it a bit more.

So my outfits of the day...

Yeah right, I wish. It's sofa king cold and snowy...it's not the time for vagina length dresses. Just played dress up because I'm cooped up in the house.

This is a pencil skirt hiked up into a slutty ho dress. I love gigantic flowers in the hair that look like they're about to devour my face.

My actual frumpy outfit for the few moments I spent outside...bleh. I have to wear long coats in this weather...my ass is sensitive to the cold. I was planning on playing in the snow with my bf and brother(oh my,that sounds so childish now that I think about it), but I changed my mind as soon as I felt the wind.

Since I had plenty of time on my hands I made a video...again.

...for a very short time anyway. I don't usually take comfort or being practical into consideration when I get dressed, but today the combination of wind, slick sidewalks, and freezing rain won the battle- just this once. No open toed platform heels today.

I really feel like I need to get back to the self tanner...guess I just wasn't meant to be able to pull of a wintery complexion. I think I've been influenced by all kinds of beauty magazines and sites saying that tanning in the winter is sooo tacky and wrong and you're so eww if you do it...but some 'rules' need to broken.

I was going back and forth between belt or no belt. My final decision was no belt, not that it mattered in the end. Bf and brother had more important things to do today other than take my picture.

I did a tutorial inspired by Katy Perry in the 'If We Ever Meet Again' music video(I keep having to look the song up, I keep forgetting the title). For me reddish lip colors are strictly for tutorials inspired by someone wearing reddish lips or just playing around. Reddish lippies usually make me self conscious and feel like I look years older than I am. Sheer reddish balms are a different story; I usually like those(ex. Bonne Bell Dr. Pepper Lip Smackers :D).

A lot of people I know stick to one perfume. While I like the idea of having a "signature" scent that people will remember me by, I don't think I'd ever actually be able to stick to just one fragrance. I want to try something new...what's the sexiest perfume you've found? I need some ideas. I don't prefer a particular type over another...I like different things depending on my mood or the weather. Here are a few of of mine...

My go to safe, non-offensive scent for when I'm going to be really close to a large number of people. It's a fruity floral, and it's on the light side.
Gucci Eau de Parfum II

This one's for cold weather. I find it cozy :). It's also a great boyfriend repellent. I always get compliments from strangers with this one, but he hates it. Douchebag. I don't touch it when it's warm out though; it just doesn't have the same effect...strictly for fall and winter.
Dior Hypnotic Poison

I've had this one for several years. It's a cold evening fragrance for when I want to convince myself that I'm sexy. This one is also a summer no no for me.
Givenchy Hot Couture...I lost the lid.

You know how some fragrances remind you of some old moment in your life? I got a sample bottle of this when I was 14 and absolutely loved it. I used up the little bottle, but never actually bought a full sized one until recently. It doesn't remind me of any event in particular, just that time period...my long lost youth, sigh :(. I don't actually wear it now; I use it as room spray.

Vintage Failure

I did not intend to stay away from my blog for this long, but my makeup lately is very blah and not worth posting.

I wanted to try Veronica Lake inspired hair today...this was my first attempt and it was not a success. Next time I'll use smaller curlers for the area around my face, and I'll spend more time brushing it out. I tried to let it fall over one eye like Veronica's did, but instead of looking mysterious and sultry I looked like a lopsided creep so I decided to skip that. Plus it won't fall over one side nicely since I have these annoying bangs I've hated since about the 3rd day I had them. I keep pinning them to the side or back because they're a nuisance. Oh well, better luck next time I guess.

I added a red gloss from Tarte's holiday gloss set so that I'd give off a bit of a vintage vibe. I still can't warm up to how I look in red or darker lip colors...they make me look so old in my opinion. I guess it's one look that's not meant for me.

Even though it turned out all wrong, I thought I'd post since it's been so long :).
I definitely need to use smaller rollers next time, and I'll probably make the side part a bit deeper.

I want a light pink lipstick with more of a peach undertone instead of a cool/purple-ish tone to it. The only peachy pink lipsticks I have are bright instead of light/subtle. Any brand will do :).

I had a request to do a Cheryl Cole inspired look...I wasn't familiar with her so I had to google pics. Damn, is her hair freakin big. I know nothing about her but her hair makes me love her :D.

I didn't get any good pictures because I forgot to put new batteries in my camera :(. Anyways, it was a halloween/my best friend's 23rd birthday party. I didn't get any good makeup pics, but it wasn't that great anyway since my brother is an asswipe and would not stop rushing me the entire time I tried to get ready.

By the end of the night my white costume was filthy. I spilled Jager mixed with fruit punch all over myself and fell in a giant muddy hole in the front yard. I wish I was able to take pics of my filthy self lol.

I'm always enthusiastic about the alcohol at the beginning of the night. At the end I get as far away from it as possible because I don't even want to smell it. Hey kind folks at Jagermeister, need a 22 yr. old filipina model? 5'8", size 3, what I lack in boobage and supersexiness I make up for in uh friendliness and love for Jager?

My brother was my best friend graduating high school. He originally had on a dress, but wanted to wear her graduation robe. He always has these odd haircuts...his hairline in front is shaved back a couple inches. He had a mullet early in the summer and he also had a circle shaved into his head before so it would look like he was going bald. He left early to hang out with his friends who are actually his age, so guess who was the lone jackass in costume? Oh well.

It didn't take long for the falsies I'm wearing on the bottom lashline to get ANNOYING.

I did this requested vampire look today. The eyes would look so much better if I had some sort of color contacts :(...the dark makeup doesn't contrast with my eyes since they're so dark too. The blush/contour needs blended out a lot more, but I was afraid the video would go over the time limit so I slopped it on and didn't blend very much.

I saw these L.A Colors metallic eyeshadow palettes at a Dollar General store for $1.50 a piece so I figured why not. I was pleasantly surprised because I actually like these a lot. The lightest shade in both palettes are chalky, but it's no big deal since I have more than enough highlight shadows already. The texture is sort of powdery, but at this price I wasn't exactly expecting a set of Mac Veluxe Pearls. They're quite pigmented, and they have a slight sheen. Two thumbs up from me.

I think the Living Doll blush is my favorite out the the 3 that I have now. First of all thank you for your well wishes...I feel a little better so there's just a teeny bit of sickness lingering(shopping must have helped). I always get sick when the weather first turns really cold.

Bollywood Inspired Gold and Maroon

I got the inspiration from Madhuri Dixit's eyeshadow in this song...Maar Dala from Devdas. You can get a good view of her eyeshadow at about 8 seconds in...looks to me like a gold lid with reddish/maroon crease. I know Bollywood movies feature all sorts of makeup styles (just like any other film industry), but since the inspiration came from a Bollywood film I included it in the title.

My face routine changes every now and then...most of the time I just use powder but this routine gives me the best result. I forgot to mention that I sometimes pat a little extra brightening balm under my eyes. I have more of a problem with puffiness rather than dark circles so I use that in place of concealer.

And sparkly nails...just black polish with Pure Ice's Spit Fire over it.

Hard Candy + Bumpit (My new Best Friend)

Obviously I don't do many review/haul posts, but I really was impressed with the Hard Candy stuff I picked up from Walmart. The lipsticks are fantastic...so pigmented, but smooth and creamy too. The blushes are also very nice. Here's my review video.

Now onto my new love...I was skeptical about the bumpit because I never fall for 'as seen on tv' stuff. Except for the Snuggie; I have these sexy things in every color(kidding).

Obviously I love big hair, but I'm too lazy to tease little sections of my hair all the time. Thanks to this wonderful bit of hard plastic I can have quick and easy big hair every day(yes I plan on wearing this every single day :D).
I used the medium one today...this morning I had it a little far back so the bump isn't that tall from the front. Plus a look at my under 5 minute face--powder, liner, mascara, tinted lip balm

Later on I put it more towards the front so it would look taller. My makeup is different because I made a tutorial, but didn't upload it because I need to redo it. The video was too dark.

It's super short, but since the tie at the bottom is adjustable I tightened it and can bend over without exposing cheek.

Out of the 365 days a year I probably wear my hair up 2 or 3 times. I was just too lazy to fix it so I put it in a ponytail.

I did a requested tutorial inspired by Nicole Scherzinger's makeup in the Bottle Pop video. I took my hair down since I didn't want to look like an egg with ears.

I made a smokey-ish purple tutorial today using natural light instead of my shitty lamps...HERE. Of course I can only do that when I make videos during the day.

It's just sinking in that summer's ending. I had to wear a jacket today since it was somewhat chilly. My brother laughed at me and asked "aren't you a little old for a Barbie shirt?". Obviously he's just pissed that it didn't come in his size...if not he just has terrible taste. I'm not really into graphic tees but I've always loved Barbie so I also have this shirt in black :D. I'm also wearing my new boots...just a cheapie pair from Charlotte Russe for casual and muddy days.

Just a quick outfit post even though it's pretty boring(I took pics because I really like these shoes, but they don't even look that nice here). I bought them yesterday along with a pair of brown boots so my collection slightly increased. I woke up late so I only applied bronzer, lipstick, and a quick coat of mascara(my lash glue was hiding from me). I need to stop taking outfit pics in the grass since my heels always sink in.

After seeing these I've come to the conclusion that the jeans are incredibly unflattering. Lots of people say skinnies are unflattering/make you look fat, but I've seen pics of me wearing different ones and they looked fine so it's just this particular pair.

In the mood to blog, but I have nothing much to blog about really.

What's one little change you make to your appearance that makes a big difference to you? I know some people who don't even like to wear makeup, but they can't go without their acrylic nails....then there's some who wear makeup but don't mind pulling their hair back in a ponytail because they don't wanna bother fixing it. My mom always puts on lipstick, but she doesn't mind not wearing any other makeup. I had a friend who wouldn't mind going somewhere wearing old sweats and with wet hair, but she would not leave without a full face of makeup.

A big thing for me is having a tan, although I've been lazy with it more than usual this year. As vain and lame as it sounds, I really feel much better when I'm bronzed. I'm still looking for a HG body tanner, so if you have any suggestions I'll take em. L'oreal Sublime Bronze Pro Perfect Airbrush has been the best tanner I've used on my face, but I get inconsistent results with it on my body...sometimes good sometimes pretty bad.

See the difference in these two pics? I have zero makeup on in both of them obviously, but I feel like the first one isn't all that terrible while the second one is repulsive. In the untanned pic there's this ugly grayish cast that makes it look even worse, but you can still compare the difference pretty fairly since both are bare faced pics.

I have absolutely nothing against unbronzed skin...I just feel like it doesn't work for me...just like some people feel like they look terrible when they get darker(my mom hates when she gets more tanned). I never notice a difference when it comes to others unless they're super burnt orange or something extreme like that so I know people won't actually see much difference on me, but it's still a big deal to me :D.

Another one for me would be nails...I don't mind not having any polish on my nails, but I absolutely cannot stand to see chipped polish on myself. It truly bugs the hell out of me

When it comes to cosmetics, the most important things to me are falsies and some sort of lip product whether it's lipstick/gloss/balm . I prefer falsies over mascara just because I can put falsies on faster than I can do mascara. I could live with no makeup besides lashes and gloss.

A matter of the owner not being as smart as the equipment...

Talking about me of course...while toying around with my camera's video settings I discovered that it hasn't been on the highest setting this whole time. Obviously it's not amazing quality but I do see an improvement. I still need to find better lighting and the sound is still poop but hooray, my camera isn't quite a worthless turd after all.

I made a video for this dark blue smokey HERE. I didn't get to really blend properly like you need to with such dark makeup. I need a bigger memory/sd card now that I changed the camera settings...therefore I had to hurry it up :D.

Opinions Please?

I'm terrible at making decisions...always asking for opinions from someone else whether it's from bloggers, the bf, my mom, etc :P.

Do you think I should get a new camera? I'm undecided because I know that nobody needs my tutorials since there are tons of better ones out there already. Since not a lot of people watch mine I don't know if I should buy one or not. I enjoy making them, and I hope that they benefit someone out there so that's why I've been thinking about it... plus my videos are pretty poor in quality(sometimes you can barely hear, not the clearest picture).

I hope that didn't sound whiny. I didn't know how else to word it, but it sounds like a "boohoo nobody watches me" type thing. I swear that's not it. I very much appreciate the viewers and subscribers I have, and I'm grateful that people watch my videos at all considering the amount of great tutorials already out there. It's just something I can't make up my mind about.

I'm also unsure because it's decent when it comes to photos so it's not a complete piece of crap. The flash is too bright, but I can always take pics without flash when it's bright enough outside.

It's been a week since I've dyed my hair, and it's actually grown on me. It's faded so that there are highlights in it from my previous color, so it's not as blah as I originally felt it was. I know you can't tell from my photos since they're on the side of my head so I had to mention it.

I did another tutorial for this bright tropical type look here. Do you have to use blues and greens for it to be tropical? I thought that this still qualified but I'm not sure :D.

On a cake hunt

I really want to enter Jaime's contest and I'm having such a tough time deciding on what kind of cake to use as inspiration. I make up my mind, then see something else and on and on.

I've come to the conclusion that my bf might not be insane just for thinking that Megan Fox isn't hot...I rarely find the very popular "hot" actors that attractive. I mean, I'd definitely take 50 year old Sean Bean over anyone in Twilight(I haven't seen it, but I've seen enough of them to know I don't think they're hot, plus I've loved Sean Bean since I was 13 :P).

Anyway, this look is sort of like yesterdays, but with a few little changes.

While making the video my brother was singing in the shower(very loudly)...I couldn't contain my laughter because of his choice of both vulgar and cheesy music. I really wish you could hear him on the video.

I had a request for an Angelina inspired cat-eye look...I didn't know if I should do the subtle or more dramatic version since I've seen her wear both. I chose a more dramatic one this time, and I'll do a more subtle one soon.

Instead of looking sexy, the serious face just makes me look mean and constipated. I promise I'm neither mean nor constipated.

I've wanted to do a shoe collection post for a while, and decided to do it in parts since I have well over a hundred pairs(120ish is my guess). Here are my black non pattered/printed shoes. I'll save prints for another post...plus I realized that there are too many shoes in this photo to really see them individually. I think I'll stick to 5-10 pairs per photo from now on. I think less than a dozen of my entire collection are non high heeled :D.

I'm not good with reviews, but here's mine on Organix Coconut Milk Anti Breakage Serum(I mistakenly said it was the split mender in my haul post)
I've been applying a few pumps to my towel dried hair. It gives my hair a nice shine, not as much as a glossing serum would but nice nevertheless. I'm pretty rough with my hair(constant coloring and heat styling), but I've noticed that my hair isn't really breaking off when I brush it. Another thing I like is that it doesn't weigh my hair down so I can still use it when I want big hair :D.

To sum it up, I'll continue to use it and I'd definitely repurchase.

Loose Waves, Strange Technique + Haul

First of all I'd like to thank you all for your comments about the new hair color. I can be one of those way too self conscious nightmares if I feel like somethings wrong(you know, WOE IS ME; MY HAIR COLOR'S SOOOOO UGLY OMG I HATE BEING ME :P). Your comments really helped quell my sadness :).

This is why I don't speak in most of my videos...I'm not exactly the most articulate speaker. I guess I should just work on it since it's much easier to explain things while speaking rather than typing it out. Earlier I wondered what it would look like if I wrapped my hair around two irons. I love wavy hair but a triple barrel takes forever for me and scrunching gives me inconsistent results. I know it looks like a pain, but I quickly got the hang of it. I used a 1 and 1/4 and a 1 and 1/2 inch iron. If I had any smaller irons I would have used those. I think that you'd need to use smaller irons if your hair is short.

No eyeshadow today besides using Maybelline's Antique Jade as a liner along with my regular black liner.

Few things I bought this weekend...the dreadful hair dye not included in the pic since I used it of course. I also bought a few items of clothing, but they're scattered throughout the house.

So I Dyed My Hair

...and I hate it. It didn't turn green, orange, or disastrous but it's so freakin drab/boring looking. I wanted a auburn/reddish brown. I remembered that every time I've used a reddish hair dye the red came out way too intense and took like two weeks to fade to the color I wanted, but I still picked up a dye that looked pretty noticeably red because I wanted something fun and new. Now I have drab shit brown hair with red that only shows up in certain lighting. My mom and boyfriend told me not to dye it, but I'm obviously a dumbass. My mom actually ended up saying she likes it a lot and I should stick to this for a while. I have a feeling when my bf sees it, "What the fuck did you do to your hair" will be the first thing out of his mouth.

So I went from this color that I liked but was starting to get bored of...

The red shows up in the sunlight...but I don't spend my days sitting in the sun to show off my hair color's full potential. My heels completely sunk into the grass which is why the pants look too long

I have a little haul from yesterday that I'll post either later or tomorrow. I haven't taken pics yet. I finally found a pair of black pants in a size 3 long. I can easily find jeans in long lengths(but I wear skinnies 99% of the time so I can wear regular length ones), but everytime I find black pants they only come in one length. Since my shoes are rarely under 4 inches my pants need to be pretty long.

I needed to post just so I could complain. I know it's not drastic but I still don't like it :(. Can you recommend any red/auburn hair glaze type thing that'll boost the red? I don't want to be too rough on my hair by redying it especially since I want to grow it out.

I did my version of her look from Vegas magazine. It's not nearly as striking on me since I don't have her eyebrows, eye shape, yeah I'm sure you get the point :D. I look much better in warmer colors so adding the brown makes silver more wearable for me(I don't know why I've never tried it before). I faked tanned for the first time in a while. I feel like I look much better with a tan, but I get lazy when it comes to applying it regularly.

I've had this dress for a couple years and haven't used it because it's too big. I added the belt to keep it from falling and to try and squish the fabric together, and while I don't hate it I see that it bulked me up in the middle...oh well I can eat a huge meal in this and nobody will notice if my belly expands ;). I literally scrunched my hair and called it done this morning since it was still semi curly when I woke up...and I'm lazy.

I did a video for this look on my youtube even though this isn't really that nice/intricate(I have my video bar on the side over that way---> too in case you haven't noticed it before). The hair's a crunchy mess...I used way too much hairspray because it rained earlier and it's quite humid now. Obviously I don't use hairspray that often since it looks like I'd ignite if I come within 3 feet of someone smoking a cigarette.

Nothing interesting really...me and my sister back in 07 about a month before her first birthday. She didn't have much hair yet. My hair looks a few inches longer than it is now. I didn't realize it til recently but after looking at other old pics I noticed I trim too much too often these days so my hair has gradually been getting shorter. I'm putting a stop to it because I want my longer hair back.

I was tagged by Zoe for this one... my daily makeup routine. These pics are crap because it's 3:00 a.m and I hurried through taking them.
1.) Olay SPF30 moisturizer...my face sunburns easily.
2.) My face product varies...I switch every once in a while, but right now I'm using NYC's loose mineral finishing powder with my Coastal Scents brush that I should wash.
3.) If I'm having a bad eyebrow day I fill in the sparse areas with this angled brush and whatever light brown matte shadow I find first.
4.)Blush...Mac Sunbasque is the one I use most. I love the bronzy color.
5.)Prime with L'oreal de-crease
6.)Eyeshadow, liner, and falsies last. I didn't take a pic since I use different eyeshadows.

I didn't think so after looking in the mirror, but after seeing these pics it hit me that I've spent the day looking like a hooker. I didn't think it was so bad since the dress isn't really tight and my boots are flat, but oh well.

Off topic but I was at my best friends house with my brother and a few others last night. We had nothing to do so my brother started calling people pretending to be from the "Luscious Panda Escort Service" that they came up with out of the blue. It was amusing.

A few have asked about the curling iron in my last post so I thought I could do a little review(Bed Head 1 3/4 inch).

~The clamp is very light which I thought was good since it'll glide down your hair easily when you're pulling the iron down to the ends.
~It was ready to use within a minute or so. I didn't time it so that's not exact, but it did heat up quickly.
~The temperature is adjustable and goes up to 400.
~If you watched the hair curling video I posted last week you can see that I do a lot of shaking my head and adjusting to get the curls how I want them to look. With this 1 3/4 inch iron I don't have to shake/fiddle with my hair as much since it's the perfect size for the really loose curls I like.
~Since it's quite large it might be useless for those with hair shorter than shoulder length. It would probably only flip your ends.
I have zero complaints...I really like it.

New Curling Iron and Cheapie Palette

Blogger has been so slow...like dial up slow so I've avoided it the past few days.

I just wore a bronze shadow by itself since I really liked the color. Unfortunately I didn't get a good photo since I was in a rush to go shopping...I was running late.

I see a lot of awesome hauls from Ross/Marshalls/TJ Maxx so I had to stop when I saw a Ross and Marshalls right next to each other. Marshalls had a lot of Lancome stuff but it looked like everything had been opened and touched...yuck. I found this 1 3/4 inch curling iron at Ross, and I also bought this Profusion 98 palette. The colors are pretty tame compared to the Coastal Scents 88 palette, but that's why I bought it.

Here's a comparison of the 1 3/4 iron and my old 1 1/2.

Just testing the eyeshadows out...my hair is kinda damp and matted down and I don't have anything on my lips :{

Most of them are pretty pigmented and apply smoothly. A couple were on the dry and chalky side, but for $7 it's not a big deal.

Why do my thumbnails always have to be so awkward...next time I should just keep staring at the camera and smiling.

9 or 10 sections would make it look better, but I did 7 to keep the video short as possible. I don't do anything special really...having layers helps. I'm still planning on growing them out because I want one length hair.

I never do these so I thought I'd make one today. I used the 88 matte palette(white, black, grayish blue). The photo quality is awful since I zoomed in on all of them...that's why I added the dotted lines.

1.) White from lashline to brow
2.)Blue on outer lid and in the crease. Blend inward to soften the edges
3.) Make a sideways v- I used black e/s
4.) Blend inward, but not too far so you don't completely cover the blue.
5.) Add shadow to bottom lashline if you want. Then add liner.
...apply mascara and falsies and you're done.

Purple look and coffee question

There aren't any coffee shops in my town so I have to make my own. If any of you drink homemade coffee, could you recommend something yummy for me? I ran out of the Starbucks stuff my local store had at one time...they don't have it anymore :(. All I have at home right now is this Folgers medium roast stuff and I don't care for it.

I'm thinking about trying bottom falsies, but I'm not sure if I'm brave enough to actually wear them out. Maybe I could get a pair or two for contests and that kind of thing though. I like the look of this pair. That site is really cheap too. The cheapest lashes I can get around here are the ones Walmart sells for a little over $3...I've never seen Red Cherries here unfortunately.

Beautiful Tali is having a contest that ends at midnight...I've wanted to do it, but could not come up with any ideas...I'm not too crazy about what I came up with but it'll do I suppose. The look is supposed to be based on a Brothers Grimm fairy tale, with a dark twist added. I was going to do Sleeping Beauty but decided to do something a little more obscure. I picked Jorinde and Joringel...she was turned into a bird and he got stuck somewhere unable to move. Obviously my look is supposed to be her after being turned into a bird...that explains the solemn poor me looks on my face. I used light colors for the eye makeup to keep a 'fairy tale' feel to it.

Someone at the store asked if I adopted her. I understand when people assume she's my kid instead of my sister because I was 19 when she was born so I am old enough to be her mom...asking if I adopted her was kinda random though.

I had a loose tooth in the back and had to have it pulled today because the gum area by that tooth was starting to swell. I don't know why though since I take very good care of my teeth...I don't even know if my brother ever brushes his and nothing ever happens to him. Thankfully it's pretty far back so no hillbilly who chewed too much tobacco smile for me. The left side of my face is really swollen though so I'm looking pretty bad.
I put on Bombshell l/s right after I got out so that I would look a little less terrible when picking up my medicine. I bought Physician's Formula mineral tinted moisturizer Saturday and I really like it so far. It doesn't oxidize at all...no orange face at the end of the day. I really like my Boots Botanics tinted moisturizer too, but the color I have only works if I'm wearing self tanner.

I bought Smooth Merge Msf and Way to Love and Bombshell lipsticks. I hate going to makeup counters when my makeup isn't nice...not that my makeup was completely turdlike, but as you can see it was very simple and blah. I didn't talk in this one since I expected my sister to be loud...she was right by me when I made it. She ended up being very quiet except for saying "I can't do it" at some point. My hair is every bit as messy as it looks. It's curled from yesterday still... I think it got frizzy when I clipped it up in the shower because I take super hot showers.

I found an old bottle of Coppertone Spray tanner. It worked quite well, but the sprayer is crappy. I might go buy more though because I like the result. I used to use tanner on top of laying out in the sun, but now that I actually worry about sun damage I can see how well these work on their own.

When I do my makeup I sit really close to the mirror...when I was done I backed up and realized that this was obnoxiously bright. Oh well maybe it'll make me easy to spot in a crowd.

I hate when it looks like my face is lighter than the rest of my body like the picture above...I felt obligated to post proof that I'm not two completely different colors. I guess it just happens when my face is really close to the camera and my body isn't?

As you can see I really need some boobies. Why isn't there a workout for bigger tatas? Need a bigger butt do some squats, need boobs you're fucked. Poop.

1.) I'm a classical music nerd. Chopin and Tchaikovsky were some sexy beasts...or maybe not, but I love their music.
2.) I don't think I've had seafood since I was 5 or 6. My mom says I used to eat it all the time. I can't stand it now.
3.) There's some guy outside my house revving his engine over and over in his nasty shit colored car...I wish gonorrhea upon his annoying ass.
4.) I'm always looking really closely in the mirror to see if I'm getting wrinkles yet, then follow up with a ton of moisturizer. I've been doing it since I was 14 or so. I'll probably get wrinkles from stressing over getting wrinkles.
5.) When I'm drunk at my best friend's house we play bollywood movie songs and try to sing them. I'm sure I sound like an elephant being strangled.
6.) Whenever I hear about someone dying or catching some kind of disease I become paranoid, look up the symptoms, and fear that I have it. I forget about it after a little while though.
7.) I'm kinda glad that I'm too scared to go under the knife because if I wasn't I'm sure I would have had lots of things done by now. I not too fond of most of my physical features...obviously they're not enough of an issue to keep me from having a blog full of nothing but pictures of myself :P.
8.) I get very childish when it comes to arguing. I told someone she looked like a syphilitic toad via text message recently. Actually I think it was an entire paragraph of insults that didn't make much sense.(She's one of the very few people I absolutely cannot stand and I actually have reasons for my strong dislike...I don't insult or call people names randomly)
9.) Out of the blue I got on ebay and ordered the season 1 dvd of Laguna Beach...embarrassing. I used to watch it with friends religiously. I never really caught on to The Hills though...boring tripe.
10.)I walked in a Saks 5th Ave. show a few months ago...I felt so ugly since I hated how my makeup was done and I absolutely hated this one outfit I had to wear. I don't think I've ever liked how my makeup looked when someone else did it(it's only been done for me a few times though). Not that I had a say in it for this occasion.

I was testing out the Barry M dazzle dusts I got from the lovely Laura's barbie contest. Not the nicest application here since I pretty much slopped it on just to try it out. The purple and fuschia are beautiful, and the black one was nice and actually black, not dark gray or bluish at all. I'm not using that much black so you can't really see that here in the pics.

My bf likes me better tanned, my mom is the opposite. "Why do you want to tan, that stuff stinks and your skin is fine"...it's a lose/lose situation. Either way someone thinks I look like crap :P.
